Summary of Specifications:
The City of Las Cruces (City), A New Mexico Municipal Corporation is soliciting bids to enter into an agreement for the purchase of bulk unleaded gasoline and ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD) or B20 Biodiesel. The agreement as a result of this Invitation To Bid (ITB) will be for a base period of one year beginning on the date of award, and may be extended at the discretion of the City under mutual agreement providing the terms and conditions remain the same for an additional four (4) 1-year periods pending approved budget appropriations. Award may be to multiple vendors, if advantageous to the City.
