ITB-04-0025 - Scale Software

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Artesia is soliciting bids to provide and install electronic scale data management software and to provide hardware integration with the exisiting scales and to be compatible with existing computer equipment to accomplish and conform to minimum requiements. This will be a "turn key" operation using as much as possible the exisitng equipment including electronic equipment. The City will provide conduits and power where needed as well as PC's with Windows 98 and a communication port. The City will clean out shallow pits of scales.
