ITB-02-15 - Utility Vehicles for the Temporary District Courts

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to purchase and/or lease one or more utility vehicles for the District Court. During the renovation of the Chaves County Courthouse, the District Courts will conduct business in the Chaves County Administration Building. The District Court Judges and Court Administration will have offices approximately 200 yards from the Courtrooms and Court Clerk’s Office. The utility vehicles will be used to transport Court personnel and Court records between the two respective locations. It is anticipated the Courts will be housed in the temporary facilities for 24 to 30 months. Should Chaves County exercise the option to lease one or more utility vehicles, the lease term shall be month to month and Chaves County may terminate any lease at any time without penalty. Should Chaves County determine a need to lease additional utility vehicles at any time prior to September 1, 2004, the successful bidder shall provide the specified utility vehicle for the bid lease monthly rate.
