Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to procure the construction, or the purchase and installation, of one (1) new metal building. The site for placement is located at 6268 Baker Road in Chaves County. The building is intended for use as a volunteer fire station, to be used primarily for the storage of fire suppression vehicles, equipment, tools and other related items. The work in this contract, Phase I of this project, consists of the site work, foundation, concrete slab, metal building, overhead doors, pedestrian doors, rough-in plumbing, electrical, heating for the truck bay and paving. Phase II will be bid under a separate contract and shall consist of interior build-out, finish plumbing, interior heating and cooling, interior electrical, and septic system.
