Chaves County is seeking professional design services for the construction of a new Public Health Office. The successful offeror for this RFP shall provide design professional services, which shall include, but not be limited to, programming (site selection and onsite investigation), schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, construction administration, post construction, topographic survey, permitting, engineering preliminary and final design, and11-month warranty inspection services to ensure that all construction document requirements have been met. Design may be required to meet and exceed EnergyStar building standards. All work must comply with current ADA standards for accessible design and comply with federal, state and local building codes. Construction Drawings for these projects are to be provided to Chaves County in accordance with the latest version of the U.S. National CAD Standard. Construction documents will be considered project specific and will not be otherwise used without the permission of the design professional.
