Description

PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
     
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive procurement for Bond Counsel services for the Aztec Municipal School District and Mosaic Academy Charter School (herein-after referred to as “District”).

It is the intent of this RFP to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Bond Counsel services.  Any contract execution by virtue of the RFP shall be subject to all applicable New Mexico Statutory requirements.
