2023-04-18 - Mount Carmel Abatement

   PHASE 1

             Under Subchapter 8 guidelines:
            

1.  Remove and properly dispose of all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from the School Building on the Mount Carmel property located at 267 E. Smith Street, Woodbridge, New Jersey.

2.  Removal and disposal of all drywall in the building due to ACM in the drywall compound.

3.  Removal and disposal of all blackboards in the building due to ACM in the mastic.

4. Removal and disposal of all ceiling (Non-ACM) materials, to be removed on the ceiling joists) in the building to facilitate the removal of the drywall on the walls.

1.  Remove and properly dispose of all windows, window frames, window glazing/putty and caulk throughout the building.
