Please provide a quote with your CASE pricing for each. The case quantity is 2 per. Please provide delivery times. If items are on backorder, please advise when you anticipate stock. Please provide any quantity discounts.
Please include any/all shipping/handling/freight charges in your case pricing.
Note: if the cost of the anticipated order is over $6,600, the vendor must provide a copy of a State of NJ Business Registration Certificate.
This is not anticipated to be a one-time purchase if product is not available at one time. We are willing to take scheduled deliveries of product over time.
