Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes to engage Contractors to perform Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure related research studies, at varying degrees of complexity, for the DOT Bureau of Research (BOR). Both State and Federal Highway Authority projects may be the subject matter of research studies performed under this Contract. It is the intent of the State to award two (2) Contracts, one (1) Contract award for Category 1 - Infrastructure and one (1) Contract award for Category 2 - Non-Infrastructure, to those Bidders whose Quotes, conforming to this Bid Solicitation are most advantageous to the State, price and other factors considered. The State may award any or all price lines. The State, however, reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the Contract during the Contract term, when deemed by the Director of the Division (Director) to be in the State’s best interest
