1. Selective demolition of site curbs, concrete walks, paving, utilities, and associated work. 2. Provide and install new curbs, concrete walkways, and asphalt paving. 3. Provide modifications to identified site utilities impacted by the new work. 4. Selective demolition of interior and exterior building components, including interior walls, ceilings and floor finishes to accommodate the new work. 5. Demolition of selective plumbing fixtures. 6. Selective removal and termination of existing plumbing/heating pipes. 7. Removal , relocation and new building systems components as required for a complete project. 8. Demolition of existing selective windows. 9. Demolition of selective doors and frames. 10. Demolition of existing finishes. 11. Demolition of selective masonry units. 12. Provide and install new finishes. 13. Provide and install new Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems as required including all related work. 14. Provide and install new fire alarm system and fire sprinklers as required
