The South Orange Community Pool Bathhouse is located at the Cameron Field Complex off of Mead Street in South Orange, NJ. The building is a freestanding, masonry building with a wood structured roof which houses locker rooms, restrooms, an office, storage, a snack bar and utility space. The building is not heated or air conditioned and is subject to the elements of heat and cold. The building is not currently ADA compliant. These renovations will provide ADA compliancy to the greatest extent possible. Demolition scope will include, but not be limited to, the removal of existing plumbing fixtures, toilet and shower partitions, plumbing accessories, masonry walls, concrete locker bases, lighting and the glazing in the clerestory windows.
