. The Attorney agrees to render such services including but not limited to: (a) Draft or approve as to form and sufficiency all legal documents, including contracts, Deeds, ordinances and Resolutions made, executed or adopted by or on behalf of the Township (b) Conduct appeals from Orders, Decisions or Judgments affecting any interest of the Township which may be necessary or desirable for Township matters. In conducting such representation, the Municipal Attorney shall follow the direction of the Township except insofar as a particular matter requires him to exercise independent professional judgment in accordance with the Code of Professional Responsibility adopted by the New Jersey Supreme Court (c) Subject to prior approval of the Township, the Municipal Attorney shall have the power to enter into any agreement, compromise or settlement of any litigation in which the Township is involved.
