The successful contractor shall provide all necessary vehicles, labor, equipment, supplies, etc., necessary to move the contents of the following sites in Passaic, New Jersey and move contents to yet sites also in Passaic, New Jersey: • The contractor will be responsible for the security of all property to be moved at all locations. • The mover shall be responsible for securing all permits and licenses that may be required for moving or transportation by any government authority. The moving company shall also comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws and all rules and regulations of health, public or other authorities controlling or limiting the methods, or action of those employed in work of this kind. • The mover will be responsible for proper parking at each location, and secure any parking permits or reservations if necessary. If traffic control is necessary, the mover will make arrangements with the proper authorities. Parking at the buildings involved in the move is at a premium, and will be the responsibility of the mover to assure that the moving vehicles can get access as close to the point of egress as possible. • If any doors must be removed for proper handling of all items to be moved in or out, the mover must advise the Board of Education liaison person, and a decision will be made as to who will remove and reinstall any doors, etc. • Whatever items included in the move that need to be dismantled for ease of movement, will be dismantled, re-assembled, & re-installed by the mover, unless noted otherwise in specifications.
