Contractor shall provide on all Janitorial shifts-Day and Evening, all the necessary supervisors, personnel, cleaning supplies, tools, material, equipment, etc., to clean the Essex County Wynona Lipman Family Courts facility listed in accordance with the specifications. All items not specifically included, but found to be necessary to properly clean the building, shall be included as though written into the specifications. Submittal of the bid proposal for this contract certifies that the Vendor has inspected the facility and is aware of all existing conditions or, in lieu of an inspection, that the Vendor's firm is prepared to completely clean all areas as per the specification and as requested. Failure to perform will result in deductions from the monthly charge and/or termination of the contract. It is incumbent upon the vendor to have a full complement of staffto accomplish all the necessary cleaning and keep the building in a pristine condition. If not, the Vendor will increase the staff and/or terminate non-performers, replacing with dedicated, competent workers, to obtain the necessary level of cleanliness required by the County of Essex. The County of Essex will not be charged for any change in staff or additional staff.
