The Township of Hillsborough seeks a proposal to provide a Fireworks Display for the 2025 Family Fun Event to be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 with a rain date of Sunday, June 29, 2025. The event will be held at the Auten Road School facility located at 281 Auten Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey. The Township will provide police/crowd security personnel to ensure the safety of the attendees. The Township will have the site approved by the Hillsborough Fire District and will have the required fire and/or emergency response personnel on site during the event. The respondent must submit all required information to the Hillsborough Township Fire District for all required permits, etc. and must meet the requirements of the Township’s insurance carrier. The duration of the fireworks display must be no less than 25 minutes. The opening barrage should be a minimum of 1 minute. The main segment should be at least 20 minutes. The Grand Finale should be a minimum of 2 minutes. Each segment should include a variety of aerial shells and effects
