1. The successful bidder shall furnish all chemicals, materials, and equipment for complete exterminating of all categories of roaches of all species, silver fish, bedbugs, lice, ants of all species, gnats, bees and wasps, fleas; also rats, and mice, from infested areas, baseboards, plumbing and heating pipes, shelves, any or all elevators, dumb waiters, etc.; also kitchens, dining rooms, cafeterias, food preparation and storage areas, entrance ways, roofs and loading platforms. 2. The successful bidder shall treat all visible rat burrows with bait and tightly cover or seal them off with earth. 3. Along all ponds and streams, all rodent bait shall not be placed indiscriminately along the embankments making it unavailable to children or animals. Each side of all ponds or streams shall be carefully inspected for burrows and if discovered, baits shall be inserted deeply into them. 4. The application of all materials shall be made in a manner which is consistent with label instructions, does not cause or tend to cause damage to non-target areas or property, does not cause adverse effects or harm to individuals or the environment. All applications shall be made on a work schedule acceptable to the County supervisor at each site. 5. All chemicals used shall be non-flammable, secured when un-attended and registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the N.J. Office of Pesticide Control. 6. The successful bidder shall be responsible for removing and disposing of all excess and/or unneeded chemicals, materials, or equipment after the application is completed. 7. All unscheduled/emergency service requirements (County Agency extermination and pest complaints) between scheduled visits shall be responded to within the twenty- four (24) hour period after notification.
