INSTALLATION: The site location is East Freehold Showgrounds, 1500 Kozloski Road, Freehold, New Jersey 07728. All balloons will be set up no later than 5:30 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. In the event of a postponement due to inclement weather, balloons will be set up and operational no later than one half hour prior to the negotiated rain date and time. REMOVAL: Balloons will be dismantled at the conclusion of the contracted time of 10:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.In the event of a postponement due to inclement weather, balloons will be dismantled and removed at the conclusion of the four (4) hour contracted rain date and time. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Cancellations of tethered rides and static display due to inclement weather will be made by the ride operator with the understanding that The Park System reserves the right to close the Rides Area at any time when inclement weather or other conditions exist that may cause injury to Fair visitors or to the Fairgrounds. The contractor shall not plead loss of income, nor claim damages, as a result of any required temporary stoppage the Fair operation. In the event of inclement weather, the operator and Monmouth County Park System will agree to a date and time to reschedule the event. RIDES AND GAMES OPERATORS: o All of the Park Systems Rules and Regulations remain in effect during the course of the Fair and under the period of this contract. o The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local hiring and employment requirements, and shall provide only competent workers. o All rides and games operators shall be able to communicate in English...
