The scope of work includes the complete demolition and replacement of three (3) arched slab bays (160 square feet approximately), demolition of two (2) layers of topping slab in the fire engine bay (760 square feet approximately) and replacement with new metal studs welded to existing steel members to create new concrete composite slab reinforced with welded wire fabric, demolition and replacement of three (3) steel posts framing the overhead door and the stairs, sealing and repairing all roof gutters (200 linear feet approximately), removal and replacement of overhead door threshold with new concrete composite slab, removal and replacement of sidewalk outside the building and cleaning and painting a section in the back of the firehouse that experienced water infiltration.
