Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Cape May is dedicated to providing quality services to the older residents (60 years and older) residing in the County. These residents make up approximately 25% of the County’s year- round population and the Division of Aging and Disability Services provides funding for an array of services to promote the well-being of older residents in the County of Cape May. Therefore; the Cape May County Division of Aging and Disability Services announces the development of the Area Plan Contract 2019-2021 for community and home support services and access to those services for County residents 60+ years of age and for caregivers that may be under 60 years of age. Request for Proposals (RFP) are being sought for the following array ofservices under the umbrella 2018 Specification No. 22: 22A Legal Assistance; 22B Caregiver Mental Health; 22C Professional In-Home Education & Support and 22D Caregiver Support Group, all of which are part of the Area Plan Contract 2019-2021. All funding amounts listed are approximate and contingent upon receipt of State and Federal funds.
