The Scope of Services the AUTHORITY requires shall include inspection of all work and materials to ensure that the work done, and the materials comply with the Contract Plans and Specifications. The work shall also include any other service as may be required to furnish complete construction monitoring services of the highest quality including coordination with Benjamin Franklin Bridge Operations and PATCO. The scope shall also include review of project schedules, contractor’s invoice payments, change orders, requests for information, and project closure activities. The firm shall exhibit professional staff knowledgeable in providing Construction Monitoring Services on projects with bridge masonry rehabilitation, granite cleaning, stone repointing, work near an active rail line, and work on long span bridges.
