The work proposed consists of providing repair service to heating and air conditioning systems, as authorized by the Western Monmouth Utilities Authority. The majority of the work will be performed at the Pinebrook Wastewater Treatment Plant, with other work to be performed at the pump stations owned and operated by the Authority. Upon notification that a repair is needed, the contractor shall dispatch a representative to the site to decide manpower, machinery, and material required to complete the work. The contractor shall provide the Authority, in writing, an estimate of the repair cost and approximate repair time. Overhead costs, such as travel time and shop time, must be included in hourly rate. No additional payment will be made for travel. Payment will not be released until the repair and/or project has been completed and satisfactory to the Authority. Contractor and its employees must perform in a professional manner. No alcohol, drugs, firearms or profanity will be tolerated.
