The successful firm will be responsible for providing on-call SCADA integration and PLC programming services upon written or verbal request by the Authority. Two types of on-call services may be provided; miscellaneous on-call support services and task order on-call services. Miscellaneous on-call support services are services of a minor nature, each of which can be performed in approximately ten (10) hours or less. These services may be requested verbally or in writing by the Director/Manager, Engineering and Construction. Task order on-call services shall consist of the following: 1. Meet with Authority’s staff to develop a task order Scope of Work from Authority-provided preliminary Input/Output (I/O) lists and draft process control strategies for system instrumentation and/or equipment the Authority wants to integrate into their existing SCADA system. The Scope of Work shall include a schedule for completion of the work. 2. Provide field services to investigate and perform the programming and integration services at Authority facilities which include the treatment plants, pumping stations and meter chambers.
