Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Somerset Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority (SRVSA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications & Proposal (RFQ/RFP) from attorneys licensed in the State of New Jersey who specialize in employment practices/labor negotiations to provide professional legal services, to give routine legal advice and opinions, examination and drafting of pertinent legal documents, attendance at meetings, as requested, defense and prosecution of litigation, negotiate labor contracts, being available as needed for consultation with the SRVSA and staff and, in general, handling all requested legal work pertaining to employment practices/labor negotiations in the interest of the SRVSA from February 5, 2024 to February 3, 2025.
