Description

The Mercer County Park Commission (MCPC) seeks proposals from New Jersey State Approved Foresters, as defined in [N.J.A.C. 7:3-3.2], to develop a Forest Stewardship Plan guided by the current rules for approval by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) under the provisions of [N.J.A.C. 7:3-5.1], as amended December 18, 2017; for the Mercer County-owned parkland known as Mercer Meadows. The Contract shall be awarded for a period of two (2) years with an optional one (1) year extension pursuant to [N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15]. Competitive Contracting was authorized by the Mercer County Park Commission through Resolution No. PC2022-80, Adopted October 26, 2022
