The contractor shall be responsible for all grass cuttings, weeding, cultivating, fertilizing, spraying, pruning, edging, seeding, mulching, trimming and lawn care maintenance as specified by the Housing Authority of the County of Morris during the life of the contract. It is understood that all materials and equipment needed to perform the aforementioned services are the sole responsibility of the contractor to purchase and maintain.
