The scope of the proposed project will consist of reconstructing the existing field with new natural grass
and beam clay for little league and softball, an irrigation system for the new field, new ADA bleachers,
dugouts, battings cages, ADA inclusive playground with safety surface, pedestrian walkways throughout
the park, a new pervious pavement parking lot, site drainage, new landscaping, retaining wall, new sports
lightings, and additional site ancillary improvements.
