The Township Zoning Board is seeking a professional that has expertise covering a wide area of legal activities in the field of municipal zoning. The services to be provided by the Professional shall be as follows: Development application review services, including, but not limited to, review of and Subdivision and Site plan applications, correspondence with applicant and applicant's professionals, and preparation of review memorandums, attendance at meetings when applications are discussed, and any other necessary services required to process development applications. Any and all other Legal services that are not related to development applications, at the direction of the Township Zoning Board. 5. Submission Requirements 5.1. General Requirements The proposal submitted by the Respondent must meet or exceed the professional, administrative and financial qualifications set forth in this section herein below and shall incorporate the information requested. In addition to the information requested as described below, a Respondent may submit supplemental information that it feels may be useful in evaluating its proposal. Respondents are encouraged to be clear, factual, and concise in their presentation of information.
