Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Youth Development Mentorship Program-FHS. Services that shall be provided but are not limited to the following: Provide afterschool mentoring program which focus on academic and enrichment opportunities. This program will run for thirty weeks and will provide one session per week. Duration of session will be one hour. Program will provide six sessions of college and career readiness field trips. Program staff will provide four sessions of professional and educational services, such as a family engagement program or parent meetings. The program will provide supplies and materials for the afterschool as well as all materials for the professional and educational services (family engagement programs). Cost of program to be inclusive of all fees, including staff, administrative costs, materials and transportation to field trips.
