The Project Base Bid A consists of milling, resurfacing, installation of striping, resetting of all storm and sanitary structures, drainage improvements and selective curb reconstruction along West Lookout Avenue (from Byrne Street to Terminus). The Project Base Bid B consists of milling, resurfacing, installation of striping, resetting of all storm and sanitary structures, drainage improvements and selective curb reconstruction along West Anderson Street (from Byrne Street to Summit Avenue). The Project Base Bid C consists of milling, resurfacing, installation of striping, resetting of all storm and sanitary structures, and selective curb reconstruction along Coolidge Place (from Summit Street to Terminus). The Project Base Bid D consists of milling, resurfacing, installation of striping, resetting of all storm and sanitary structures, and selective curb reconstruction along McKinley Street (from Kansas Street to Lodi Street). The Project Alternate Bid 1 consists of milling, resurfacing, installation of striping, resetting of all storm and sanitary structures, and selective curb reconstruction along Davis Avenue (from Summit Avenue to Main Street).
