This Scope of Work defines the contract between the Department of Human Services’ Greater Raritan One Stop and the successful respondent to establish a payment mechanism enabling access to WIOA supportive services for eligible participants. The intent is to ensure equitable access to these services, regardless of a customer’s capacity to pay upfront. This contract will provide an efficient payment method for WIOA supportive services for customers who cannot pay out-of-pocket and await reimbursement and guarantee that all WIOA participants have equal access to supportive services funds. The grant period runs from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with funding not to exceed $5,000.00. The contractor shall procure and maintain a designated credit card exclusively for WIOA supportive services. The Greater Raritan One Stop shall issue referrals to the contractor specifying supportive services to be paid via the credit card (see attached sample A). Supportive services shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Books • Fees for certifications and tests • Transportation • School supplies • Tools and other work-related expenses
