Perform lockout/tagout and disconnect existing equipment. Remove and properly dispose of existing column and bowl assembly. Prepare well for downhole television inspection. Conduct color well television inspection. Pumping Equipment Supply & Installation Bowl Assembly Xylem model 11CMC-3 water-lubricated bowl assembly rated for 600 GPM @ 165’ TDH. Epoxy-coated cast iron bowls with bronze bowl wear rings. Stainless steel impellers, locking collets, and bolting. Column Assembly 70’ of 6” x 1” water-lubricated column assembly. Sch. 40 epoxy-coated (ID/OD) threaded and coupled column pipe. 416 stainless steel lineshafting with 304 SS sleeves. Stainless steel drop-in style bearing retainers with cutless rubber inserts. Special top and bottom 5’ column assemblies to be provided.
