1. Manage online up-to-date catalog and user-specific training programs, to including tracking of individual user training and testing for up to 2,000 employees for CCC. Training program must be able to be accessed from any location capable of accessing the internet by any registered employee to receive applicable assigned training. 2. All training courses shall be comprehensive online presentations utilizing various images, graphics and videos to demonstrate key learning requirements. Courses shall be provided with narration audio as well as accompanied text to maximize the various ways that the audience comprehends. Courses shall engage the learner as an active participant in the training and deliver training in such a way as to make material understandable to a broad spectrum of education and comprehension levels of the users. Each course shall include exercises and activities that accentuate the teaching points.
