The Township of Wayne is interested in receiving proposals for the lease of the Wayne Township Community Center Office Space. Township will consider proposals from vendors operating as school facilities, child care, health and wellness services, medical services, day programs for youth or adults, professional office space. The Township will not consider proposals from vendors operating as bars and restaurants, night clubs, concessions, direct sellers of groceries, home goods, general supplies or materials where the public would purchase goods on site. The bidder shall submit a Cover Letter via the Vendor Questionnaire to include an explanation of the industry in which you intend to operate and any other relevant information, certifications, references, or explanation of interest. This Space includes a small lobby/entrance way, 2 multi purpose rooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 office spaces which includes an estimated 2,566 square feet of usable space. See room dimensions below and the Attachments Section, Attachment B, for a basic floor plan of the space. Note: the Red shaded areas are not included in the lease of space.
