- Operate a food and beverage concession at the Pavilion during designated hours and seasons. - Utilize the Pavilion amenities (seating, water, electric, etc.) and the Municipality-provided mobile kitchen trailer for food preparation and service. - Maintain the concession area, mobile trailer, and adjacent spaces in a clean, safe, and attractive condition. - Provide a menu and pricing schedule for approval by the Municipality. - Obtain and maintain all necessary local, county, state, and federal operating permits and licenses, including: - Health Department certifications; - Any applicable New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) permits or authorizations; - A New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License. Proposers must either possess a valid NJ ABC license at the time of submission or demonstrate the ability to timely obtain one upon award. - Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including NJDEP waterfront use rules.
