Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Weekly worksite weight management group meetings conducted by the Contractor open to Monmouth County employees who wish to enroll in a program b) Ability to expand to hold and staff multiple group meetings at the same time at different worksite locations throughout the County of Monmouth as needed c) The program should have the ability for online enrollment and include an online weight management component in addition to the on-site meetings d) Contractor will provide customizable promotional materials, which may be included on the Monmouth County intranet and/or in email messages or other communications e) Monthly, quarterly and annual reports and summaries f) Meetings; proactively reach out to request and attend meetings with the plan representatives as needed g) Promotion; have a representative available to assist in the promoting of the program onsite at various worksite locations and at specific Monmouth County wellness events h) Program length to be an initial 12-week session with the possibility of up to a total of three (3) 12-week sessions per calendar year
