The successful vendor shall provide written translation services as follows: • Vendor shall translate the written English language into other written languages especially Spanish, Gujarati, Polish etc. The vendor must also be able to translate other world languages into English when requested. • Vendor shall provide the written text typed on a floppy disk or compact disk with an attached typed hard copy. The written text may also be faxed or sent via electronic mail when requested. • Vendor shall provide services as follows: A. Minor Projects: Two (2) pages or less Translation work shall be completed and presented to the Board within two (2) business days of receipt of work. B. Major Projects: Three (3) pages or more Translation work shall be completed and presented to the Board within five (5) business days of receipt of work.
