Response on-site within two (2) hours from notification of a problem on a 24/7 basis, 365 days per year. Restoration to normal operation as soon as possible. Evaluation and remediation of immediate hazard. Annual maintenance to include: A. Vehicular Signal Heads inclusive of re-lamp of incandescent signals and optically programmed signals B. Pedestrian Signal Heads and Pedestrian Pushbuttons C. Signal Poles and Arms D. Conduit System and Junction Boxes inclusive of Traffic Signal Cable E. Vehicle Detection – Loops, Controller and Meter Cabinets and Controller Assembly Proposals will be evaluated by the Borough Administrator, James Winters, of the Borough of Closter taking a variety of factors into consideration. The factors that will be considered during the evaluations are as follows: A. Experience and reputation in the field; B. Knowledge of the subject matter to be addressed under the contract; C. Equipment, i.e. bucket trucks D. Fee proposal E. A copy of the contractor’s licenses, Certificate of Liability naming the Borough as additional insured, Contractor Hold Harmless Agreement, W9 and NJ BRC (Business Registration Certificate)
