1. Legal research and/or advisory opinions as needed; 2. Represent the Township in federal and state courts and administrative forums; 3. Review, analyze and advise the Township on any application before it; 4. Review, draft and approve as to form and sufficiency all legal documents, contracts, deeds, ordinances and resolutions made, executed or adopted by or on behalf of the Township; 5. Attend all meetings of the Township Commissioners and any other board or committee as directed; 6. Designate an attorney primarily responsible for the contract who will act as the Director of Law – Township Attorney and perform all requirements of the position of Township Attorney; 7. Notify the Township of changes in law or regulations, as well as Court decisions, that impact the Township and its officials; 8. Any other matters as directed by the appropriate Township official(s); 9. Township Attorney shall not provide the following services: Zoning Board Attorney, Planning Board Attorney, ABC Attorney, Rent Leveling Board Attorney, Public Defender and Municipal Prosecutor
