The Contractor will continue to follow existing or establish new system descriptions and maintenance programs for the following systems: a. Chilled Water System b. Facility HVAC and BMS c. Balance of Plant systems d. Distributed Control System e. High Voltage and Facility Electrical System f. Emergency Power Systems g. Diesel Generator h. Public Announcement Systems i. Plumbing Systems j. Plant Environmental Compliance k. Kitchen Equipment and Systems 1. Kitchen Refrigeration System m. Fire Alarm System, Fire & Smoke Dampers and Fire Extinguishers n. Fire Pumps o. Medical Gases p. Doors & Hardware (Electric Locks) Make Minor repairs, i.e., unclog sinks, toilets, showers, stop leaks, etc., replace and maintain all the signage within the facility
