The company shall perform the duties of Auditor on behalf of the County of Essex as required by state law including but not limited to the following duties: 1. Audit of the financial statements of the County of Essex for the year ended December 31, 2025. (This includes the Statutory Audit and the Report on Examination of Accounts Departments & Offices). Amount Not to Exceed: $348,500.00 2. 2025 Single Audit Amount Not to Exceed: $ 114,000.00 3. 2025 Prosecutor Forfeited and Seized Funds Amount Not to Exceed: $ 20,400.00 4. 2025 Official Statement Services – Each: Amount Not to Exceed: $ 8,500.00 5. 2025 Verification Agent Amount Not to Exceed: $ 5,000.00 6. 2025 Division and Family Assistance Audit Amount Not to Exceed $ 75,000.00
