GENERAL: The bid specifications for Park Landscape Maintenance of the interior grounds of Turtle Back Zoo to all perimeter fencing at the South Mountain Recreational Complex is defined as Lawn Maintenance, Garden Bed Maintenance, Fall Cleanup & Leaf Maintenance, Equipment/Vehicles/Tools/Materials, and Contractor Guidelines & Terms which shall be addressed herein in 5 parts: Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, and Part E respectively. Each part includes specifications that may be very different from other park landscaping specifications. Please read all parts below for more details. Turtle Back Zoo is approximately 35 acres and is part of the South Mountain Recreation Complex at the South Mountain Reservation. The South Mountain Reservation is in West Orange, New Jersey on Northfield Avenue.
