1) CHARACTER & SCOPE OF WORK It is the purpose of these specifications to prescribe and define the requirements for the Third Party On-site Inspection Services for Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection as per the New Jersey State Uniform Construction Code Act for review of construction plans and the inspection of construction with respect to the maintenance and erection of buildings throughout the State of New Jersey, City ofAbsecon, pursuant to the State Uniform Construction Code Act. The City will evaluate proposals separately for Building. The City will also evaluate proposals for Plumbing and Fire Protection. And as a third option, the City will evaluate proposals with all Third Party On-site Inspection Services for Building, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
