T The successful applicant shall be knowledgeable about telecommunications matters and the role that 5G will play for governing bodies today and in the future. Any experience or knowledge of matters directly affecting the Township should be addressed. A. General Criteria In the capacity of Telecommunications Consultant, the Applicant shall: i. Demonstrate knowledge of FCC regulations, telecommunications networks and current telecommunications trends. ii. Review development applications and planning and development issues when requested to do so by the Township Committee, Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or Planning Board in regards to small cell applications, cable/fiber optic landline broadband, etc. iii. Prepare ordinances and agreements as needed and directed by the Business Administrator. iv. Attend meetings at request of the Business Administrator. v. Prepare reports as directed by the Business Administrator. vi. Construction oversight and post-construction compliance in regards to wireless telecommunications infrastructure.
