Major work items include and are not limited to: The demolition of the existing trash/recycling equipment slab on grade, electrical service, CMU screen wall, fencing, etc. A new +/- 1,400 SF building will be constructed in the same general location to house the existing equipment. In general, the building will be constructed of a new concrete slab on grade and apron, steel frame structure, CMU and metal profile wall panels with integral louvers, metal profile roof panels, overhead coiling service doors and a hollow metal egress door. Services for the building will generally include a new electric feed, LED lighting, general electric, lightning protection, mechanical ventilation, access control, CCTV and communication connections to the existing terminal.
