Specifications include, but are not limited to: TRACS IMPLEMENTATION & COORDINATION. Purpose of thisRequest for Proposals is to contract with an individual or entity to maintain and continue implementation of Traffic and Criminal Software, otherwise known as TraCS, andrelated projects for South Dakota. The individual or entity making the successful proposal will be responsible for the following services: · Provide ongoing technical supportto maintain operational capacity for all current TraCS users in South Dakota (currently, there are 150 users in the state Highway Patrol and 10 users in local lawenforcement); · Create a marketing and educational plan for local law enforcement agencies and implement the same; · Develop a plan for regionalizedinstallation / training and implement the same for approximately 20-25 local law enforcement agencies statewide; and · Provide installation and technical support to maintainoperational capacity for local law enforcement agencies as they choose to use TraCS
