Provide required title searches, title binders/commitments and title insurance policies required by Cumberland County in connection with its various property interests that the County may be acquiring. These property interests will include fee takings and easements for road widening projects, agricultural development easements and open space purchases. Provide advice concerning title insurance matters and issues to the County of Cumberland, its County Counsel, its Administrator and the Board of County Commissioners. Respondent must be a Licensed Title Insurance Agency in the State of New Jersey and shall provide a copy of said license with their proposal submission. Respondent must comply with the requirements of the Equal Opportunity Act.
