A. Provide general Tax Map and G.I.S. Base Map Maintenance as requested, including but not limited to; filed plans, deeds, easements, and lot consolidations. B. Provided GIS updated shape files must be compatible with existing GIS map host: Spatial Data Logic. Bidder is expected to troubleshoot with the GIS map host in the event of any compatibility problems or discrepancies such as linking errors involving the Parcel Layer C. Provide general advice and/or assistance regarding metes and bounds questions and concerns, including reviewing and plotting deeds. D. Provide additional research as requested. E. Provide potential research into outstanding historical map issues. F. The consultant shall implement a weekly (minimum) cyclic integration of the MOD IV tax assessment data with the updated digital GIS parcels. A MOD IV comparison report must be generated on a monthly basis to check for discrepancies between the tax assessor’s files as compared to the existing tax map and GIS map. G. Provide a current Tax Map to the Passaic County Board of Taxation on or before January 10, 2025. 2 H. Meet with Passaic City Tax Assessor, as needed. I. Maintain the current flyover data mapping.
