Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish the necessary manpower, tools, supplies, equipment and vehicles to include, but not be limited to, plow trucks, graders, loaders, salt spreading trucks, drivers/operators, snow shovels, hands-free mobile communication devices and supervisors as required to perform the services required by this Bid Solicitation; Provide a sufficient number of personnel in order to perform continuous snow removal services and salt spreading services for the duration of the event; Respond and report to the predetermined assembly location within sixty (60) minutes of notification of a snow event when requested by the SCM; For an ice event, such as sleet, hail, freezing rain, etc., the Vendor {Contractor} shall respond and report to the predetermined assembly location within sixty (60) minutes of notification when requested by the SCM.
