The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for a Bidder to perform tobacco dependence counseling (Quitline) via telephone, chat, and/or text using a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interview system (CATI) to collect client information. It is the intent of the State of New Jersey (State) to award a Contract to that responsible Bidder whose Quote, conforming to this Bid Solicitation is most advantageous to the State, price and other factors considered. The State may award any or all price lines. The State, however, reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the Contract during the Contract term, when deemed by the Director of the Division (Director) to be in the State’s best interest.
