Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Bid Solicitation is issued by the Procurement Bureau, Division of Purchase and Property (Division), Department of the Treasury on behalf of New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for providing sponsorship to generate revenue, as well as payment of all sponsorship costs associated with the development, design, installation, and removal of any logos or materials related to NJDOT Operational Activities or Other Highway Related Services or Programs (Programs) within the State of New Jersey. The specific programs are as follows: Litter Control Program; Snow Removal Program; Roadway Maintenance Program; Highway Landscaping Program; Safety Service Patrol Program; and Safe Phone Zone Program.
